25 Shopping Rewards Term & Condition:
1. During the event period, New Yaohan VIP members will receive an e-cash coupon for the specified spending amount. The e-cash coupon is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance, and each reward can be redeemed up to 4 times, counted across 6 stores simultaneously.
2. For the MOP25 and MOP250 rewards, members must register in the "Event Reservation" section of the WeChat mini-program before the transaction. For the MOP2,500 reward, members must present the original receipt of the day; other stores will accept original receipts within 7 days. Registration must be done at New Yaohan or NY8 New Yaohan VIP center.
3. E-cash coupon can be stacked and used during transactions.
4. The order invoice will only count the amount of the initial payment; any additional orders or balance payments will not be accepted.
5. If a customer returns/exchanges a product, the cash coupon will be canceled at the customer service desk, and the reward count will not be reinstated.
6. If a customer has received/used a cash voucher and then returns the original voucher, the cash voucher must be returned, and the difference will be refunded.
7. This e-cash coupon is not applicable to specified products, such as Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, and other designated products. Please inquire with store staff for details.
8. Special offer: All overdue cash coupons before January 6, 2025 can now be extended to January 30, 2025. Guests need to go to New Yaohan or NY8 New Yaohan VIP Counter and present the real-time member WeChat membership to register and proceed Procedure for reissuing coupons.)
