Terns and Condition

1.    Millionaire Rewards Promotion period is from April 1 to 20, 2025. New Yaohan Rewards Members who make a single transaction of MOP1,000 or above at New Yaohan(Nam Van), NY8 New Yaohan(Grand Lisboa Palace), Kid’s Cavern(NOVA Mall), New Yaohan Beauty(NOVA Mall) and New Yaohan Outlet on the same day will automatically receive one MOP10 New Yaohan Gift Voucher and one Game Voucher in their member account voucher wallet. Each member can receive the vouchers once per store per day, with a daily limit of 4 Shopping Vouchers and 4 Game Vouchers in total. New Yaohan (Nam Van) and New Yaohan Outlet are considered under the same quota. For example, if a member makes a single transaction of MOP1,000 or above at New Yaohan (Nam Van), they will receive the MOP10 Gift Voucher and Game Voucher; however, if they make an eligible transaction at New Yaohan Outlet on the same day, they will not receive additional vouchers, and vice versa.
2.    This offer does not accept purchases of New Yaohan cash coupon, Deli Lafayette, Challenger, or any transactions involving the trademark and any value-added services, as well as cancellations and refunds, are not accepted.
3.    The MOP10 Gift voucher issued in this promotion is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, while other coupons and shopping vouchers will expire on April 21, 2025 (subject to system time) and will become void thereafter with no reissuance permitted.
4.    The Gift voucher and shopping vouchers given out during the Promotion are only valid at NY8 New Yaohan and not applicable to designated counters and products, including but not limited to the purchase of cigarettes, cigars, infant formula milk powder, electronic game consoles and game software, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, SAI HANG Communications, Delivery service charges, clothes alteration and any top-up service. And it cannot be used in conjunction with "Group Staff Cash Coupon Discount Privilege", other special items and superimposed discount promotions. Please ask the staff for details before use. 
5.    Customers must register or activate as New Yaohan Reward membership to participate in the Promotion.
6.    All e-vouchers issued under this promotion must be redeemed by presenting a real-time QR code for verification (screenshots not accepted), are non-refundable and non-cancellable once redeemed, and will not be reissued after expiration.
7.    If customers need to return or exchange items, the relevant NY points will be canceled in the New Yaohan database, and New Yaohan reserves the right to request the return of any prizes obtained.
8.    For order deposits, only the amount paid on the same day will be counted. The remaining balance payment will be calculated separately and must be settled within the promotion period to qualify, with the eligible amount based on the payment made on that day.
9.    The full amount of installment payments will be recognized based on the printed transaction receipt.
10.    Gift Vouchers and shopping vouchers issued under this promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change will be given.
11.    Participation in New Yaohan's social media GIVEAWAY by completing specified steps grants one additional game chance, limited to one entry per member per social media account.
12.    Members must present their real-time membership QR code and the original eligible transaction receipt issued on the same day during registration. Failure to provide either document will result in disqualification from redemption. Late registrations for prize collection will be considered as forfeiture, and no reissuance will be permitted.
13.    Members participating in the Promotion have an obligation to confirm that all provided membership information is correct. All data will be based on the New Yaohan database. Any individual who modifies data records through hacking or other improper means will have their participation and/or winning qualifications voided. New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against those involved in violations.
14.    New Yaohan will not be liable for any loss of computer data due to force majeure.
15.    By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to accept them. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on the New Yaohan website without individual notice to customers. If customers disagree with the amendments or updates to the Promotion's terms and conditions or any content therein, they should immediately cease or cancel their registration. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the final interpretation and decision rights for this event.
