【SO FUN NY POINT】Terms and Conditions
1. The 2025 " SO FUN NY POINT " promotion period is from March 1 to March 31, 2025. New Yaohan members can redeem an electronic draw game coupon with 1,000 NY points. The draw game e-coupon can be redeemed at the VIP Concierge of NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store) to participate in this promotion. There is no upper limit on the number of times each member can participate per day. The drawing game e-coupon is valid for 7 days from the date of redemption.
2. The e-Shopping coupons and e-Gift vouchers given out in the promotion are only applicable to NY8 New Yaohan (Grand Lisboa Palace Store), and are not applicable to the purchase of cigarettes, cigars, infant formula milk powder, electronic game consoles and game software, Apple products, Xiaomi products, Huawei products, DJI products, mobile phones, computers, SAI HANG Communications, Delivery service charges, clothes alteration and any top-up service. And cannot be used in conjunction with "Group Staff Cash Coupon Discount Privilege ", other special items and superimposed discount promotions. Please ask the staff for details before use.
3. Customers must register as New Yaohan members first to participate in this promotion.
4. If the customer needs to return or exchange the goods, the relevant member points record will be cancelled in the New Yaohan database after the return or exchange, and New Yaohan has the right to request the return of the gifts received.
5. All e-coupons/vouchers are valid for 7 days and will be invalid after the expiration date. No reissue or compensation will be given.
6. All e-coupons/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
7. The extra points obtained from the lucky draw are only valid on a single machine-printed receipt. The maximum number of extra points obtained is 10,000 points and will be settled into the registered member account within 30 days after the end of the promotion.
8. Members must present the real-time QR code of the drawing game e-coupon when registering for the promotion. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for redemption. Late registration will be deemed as giving up participation and no reissue will be made.
9. The lucky draw game has a 100% chance of winning. All gifts are given out randomly. The number of gifts at the entire promotion is limited and will be given out while stocks last.
10. Members participating in the promotion are obliged to confirm that all the member information provided is correct. All information is subject to the New Yaohan database. Anyone who modifies data records by hacking or other improper means to disrupt the promotion will have his/her participation and/or prize-winning qualifications voided. NY8 New Yaohan reserves the right to pursue legal action against people involved in any violation.
11. NY8 New Yaohan is not responsible for any loss of computer data due to any force majeure.

13. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read and understood the contents and constraints of the above terms and conditions and agree to accept such terms and conditions. NY8 New Yaohan reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be updated on the New Yaohan website without individual notification to customers. If you disagree with the amendment or update of the promotion terms and conditions, or do not accept any of the terms and conditions, you should immediately terminate or cancel your registration. In case of any disputes, NY8 New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision of this event.
